Esther De Frías de Uribe
Bachelor of Law and Political Science
Founding attorney with over 25 years of experience in litigation and legal advisory, licensed by the Supreme Court of Justice of Panama 🇵🇦. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama, a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law from the Institute of Legal Studies and Research (INEJ), and a postgraduate degree in Financial Law from Santa María La Antigua Catholic University (USMA). In addition, she holds a specialization in Criminal and Procedural Law, as well as diplomas in Criminal and Civil Cassation, Forensic Sciences, and the Accusatory Criminal System.
She has practiced as a litigation attorney, representing companies and clients in criminal, civil, commercial, labor, family, immigration, and consumer protection proceedings. During her career in the Public Prosecutor’s Office, she served as Judicial Secretary, Municipal Prosecutor, and Circuit Prosecutor. Within the Judicial Branch, she held the position of Senior Officer, and at the Legal Research Center of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Panama, she worked as a Research Assistant, gaining experience in legal research services, legal advisory, and technological document management. She also served as a legal advisor on legal affairs at the Ministry of the Presidency.
She has also distinguished herself as a university professor, consolidating a comprehensive career in the legal field.
