Founding attorney with over 25 years of experience, licensed by the Honorable Supreme Court of Justice of Panama 🇵🇦 and holding a professional card issued by the Superior Council of the Judiciary of Colombia 🇨🇴. He has pursued studies at the University of Panama, the Corporación Universitaria de Colombia, the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology (UMECIT), the Interamerican University of Panama (UIP), and the School of Administration, Finance, and Technological Institute (EAFIT).

Dedicated to the general practice of law since the beginning of his career, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama, a title that he later validated in Colombia, enabling him to practice in both countries. He has completed postgraduate diplomas in criminal and civil cassation, evidentiary law, and the accusatory criminal system.

He is an active and qualified member of the Antioquian Bar Association – COLEGAS.
